We offer classes for a wide range of age groups, starting with our Little Tigers program for children as young as 4 years old. We also provide youth classes for older kids, as well as teen and adult programs. Each age group follows a curriculum designed to match their physical and mental development, ensuring that students can learn and progress at a pace that suits them best.
No, you don’t need any previous experience to join our program. Our classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to those with advanced martial arts experience. Whether you’re completely new to Taekwondo or have practiced other martial arts, our instructors will work with you at your level, offering individualized support to help you build your skills and confidence over time.
For your first class, it’s best to wear comfortable athletic clothing like a t-shirt and shorts or sweatpants, as you’ll be moving a lot. Once you decide to join, we’ll provide you with a uniform (called a "dobok") as part of your membership. The uniform is an important part of martial arts tradition and will be worn in future classes to promote discipline and unity among students.
To see steady improvement in your Taekwondo skills, we recommend attending at least 2-3 classes per week. Regular attendance allows you to practice the techniques consistently, improve your physical fitness, and develop muscle memory. However, the more you attend, the faster you’ll progress, both physically and mentally. Each class builds on the previous one, helping you achieve your goals over time.
